這篇文欠太久ㄌ
本來是想"錦上添花"畫一點小插圖
但是最近我ㄉ手長期處在冰凍狀態
畫圖簡直是不聽使喚
時時需要熱茶或熱咖啡捧在手裡
( 最近買ㄌ超大灌茶包跟咖啡來暖手)
所以
勉強趕快先打好食譜
怕想做ㄉ人等不及轉台ㄌ

here it is
( 摘自S牌麵粉袋包裝)

225ml warm water
1 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp runny honey
1 1/4 tsp salt
450g Sainsbury’s strong brown flour ( brown wheat flour )
1 1/4 tsp easy bake yeast

1. put the flour, salt and yeast into a bowl
2. mix to a soft dough with the honey, oil and water
3. turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes
4. shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin
5. leave to prove slowly until double in size
6. add your chosen topping/glaze if using and place in an oven preheated to 220C and immediately turn to heat down to 200 C
7. bake for 25-30 minutes
8. when cooked the loaf should sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.

Nutrition: this provides 18 slices, per slice : energy 102Kcal

p.s.
1. 關於 shape ㄉ部分 ,我只是滾圓 , 等到要烤之前 , 用刀子畫上十字 , 再用篩子篩一些麵粉在麵團上作裝飾
2. 每次試一道新食譜時,我都會將材料减半,建議大家也可以先試作, 有心得之後 再增加量
3. 步驟5. 很多人都在發酵這一階段失敗, 尤其在冬天, 一定要放在溫暖ㄉ地方, 我看過別人ㄉ網站,有人建議放在電鍋裡,挿上電源用保溫狀態發酵; 也有人建議放在密閉ㄉ烤箱或微波爐裡, 在旁邊放上一杯熱水以助釋放熱氣 , 通常要發酵個40分鐘以上,所以途中可以換熱水.兩樣我都試過,效果都不錯.
